End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and [Shadow Photo Editor Zone / Ketankumar V Mavani] (“Company”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of our mobile application and related services (the “App” and “Services”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our mobile application software ("Software") directly or through an authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using our mobile application software. It provides a license to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of our mobile application software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using our mobile application software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or do not agree with the terms of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software.

This EULA agreement applies only to the Software supplied by us, regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services, unless other terms accompany those items.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that:

If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and are not prohibited from using such services under any law.

3. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

4. App and Services

The App may provide features such as photo and video editing, utilities and tools, wallpapers and customization features, messaging-related support features, and accessibility features.

We may modify, update, or remove features at any time, change pricing or availability, and temporarily or permanently discontinue Services. We are not liable for any such changes.

5. App Store and Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through platforms such as the Apple App Store. You agree to comply with Apple’s terms and policies and understand that Apple is not responsible for the App.

The App may include third-party services, external links, and advertisements. We are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or policies.

6. User Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Payment is charged via your Apple ID account, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings.

The subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period as the original weekly/monthly/yearly plan unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

You may cancel a subscription service at any time during the subscription period via the subscription settings.The cancellation will take effect after the last day in the relevant subscription period. If you want to know more about this, please go to http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098

Important: Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by law.

Free Trials: A free trial may be offered for a limited time and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before expiry.

8. In-App Purchases

You may purchase digital items or features within the App. Purchases are processed via Apple, are final and non-transferable, and have no real-world monetary value.

We reserve the right to modify or remove items at any time and revoke access if your account is terminated.

9. User Content

You may upload content such as photos, videos, text, files, and other materials.

You agree that you own or have the rights to the content, your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights, and you are solely responsible for your content. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

10. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent versions. All intellectual property rights in the Software, including modifications, remain our property.

All rights in the App, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use the App for illegal purposes.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes, interfere with security features, attempt to access source code, or use bots, scraping, or automated systems.

12. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, continuously available, or that bugs will be fixed. You use the App at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business. Total liability is limited to USD $50.

14. Updates and Changes

We may update or modify the App and automatically install updates. We are not liable for any impact caused by such updates.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims resulting from your misuse of the App, violation of this EULA, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

16. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for violation of this EULA.

Upon termination, your rights immediately end and your data may be deleted.

17. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

18. Miscellaneous

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement. If any part is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

19. Governing Law

This EULA agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

20. Apple-Specific Terms

This EULA is between you and the Company only, not with Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if applicable).

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, or consumer protection claims.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it.

When you use Shadow Photo Video Editor Zone Mobile applications on IOS, This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Shadow Photo Video Editor Zone through our mobile applications and how we use that information. Our Product Category is Video, Photography, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Tools, Utility & Productivity, and Personalization. These all apps are class Apps we created is only for User Entertainment purpose. Our Company developers continuously work on All Photography & Video Apps and We Give Periodic Updates to Solve Problems And Bugs as well as to provide new features all for smooth User Experience.

1. What kind of Information That We Collect

Device information - Device-specific information such as your hardware model and operating system version. We DO NOT collect any of your unique identification.

Generally, We may collect personal information from our users in order to provide you with a personalized, useful and efficient experience. The categories of information we collect can include if necessary : Social network's personal information and device's gallery pictures, camera for take photos, Contact information,microphone, gps location if necessary and use the data for the above mentioned purposes. When you use Shadow Photo Video Editor Zone Mobile applications on IOS, we do not retrieve or store any personal information about you. We do check if certain application is installed on your phone before we display an advertisement for the application (To avoid displaying advertisement for an app that is already on your phone)

You can find here information regarding the purposes for which we process your personal data as well as our lawful basis for processing, the definition of “personal” and “non-personal” data, and how it is technically processed.

During your interaction with our website and Services, we may collect aggregated, non-personal non-identifiable information, which may be made available or gathered via your access to and use of the Services 

(“Non-Personal Data “). We are not aware of the identity of the user from which the Non-Personal Data is collected. We use in app payment processors; the registration and payment information are solely processed by the applicable app store provider. We do not store nor process any Personal Data when you process the payment.

We receive an order number which is connected to a user ID which was generated when installing the app (non identifiable). The Payment Information is processed to perform our contract with you to provide you our Services..

4. Push Notifications In The App

We may store Firebase Cloud Messages token. If you wish to stop getting push notifications, you may do so simply by disabling push notifications on your device’s settings or uninstall the app.

This information will be processed to allow us to send push notifications to users from our server. As the token is Non-Personal Data it does not require a lawful basis.

5. Permission Use In The App

Photos and Videos for if you use our designated feature in the applicable App in order to provide you with our Services, we will ask you to provide us with photos, images or videos of you (collectively “Content”) for editing purposes and to create animations.While we cannot prevent you from doing so, we still do not use Personal Data from photos for purposes other than providing our Service.

Microphone and audio for as part of our dialer feature which is provided to certain Apps of ours, you will be required to provide us permissions to your Microphone.We use those permissions to provide you with our dialer. The microphone permission needs to be affirmatively enabled through in-app permission or the mobile settings. You may disable the permissions at any time, but depending on the permission you disable, a feature or all features may not function properly. We will process the audio and use the microphone solely for providing you the dialer feature and we will not store any of your audio.

Contacts for As part of our dialer feature which is provided to certain Apps of ours, you will be required to provide us permissions to your call log and contacts.

Location Information for We may request access to your device’s location to provide certain features of the app, such as location-based services, improved functionality, and relevant results.Location data is used only while you are actively using the app and is not stored, shared, or used for tracking purposes without your consent. We do not collect precise location data unless it is necessary for a specific feature and you have granted permission.You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings.

6. Mobile Device Information

When you access the Services via a mobile device, we will not collect any information related to the mobile device such as the serial number or MAC address and the open UDID of the device. We may only improve and personalize our Services for you.

7. Links to Other Sites

Our Services may contain links to other websites and services. Any information that you provide on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of the website or service and is subject to that party's privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to such websites or services and we’re not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of those websites or services. To protect your information we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of other websites and services that you access.

8. Our Policy Toward Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected PII of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number). We do not store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information. We may disclose your non-personal information for promotion purpose to our trusted partners who shall comply with this privacy policy and the relevant privacy laws.

11. Third - Party Sites

The Applications ,Services and the Site access third party information (such as your social account information) through application interfaces. We may provide links to third-party Web sites, as a service to our Users. The Site may also carry advertisements from other companies. When you click on links of third parties in an Application, the Services or the Site, you may leave the Application, the Services or the Site. Some of these third party sites may be co-branded with our name/logo or our affiliated entity's name/logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us. This Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or otherwise accessible from an Application, the Services or the Site. The inclusion of a link or accessibility of third party Websites does not imply endorsement of such third party Website by us.

12. Advertisement in Application

We use Google Admob and Liftoff for advertisements in our applications. There could be errors in the programming and sometime programming errors may cause unwanted side effects.

In the app will use some of Firebase features like Remote Config- data, storage and processing location, Crashlytics- data in the applications as per requirements.
